Cam meets Carter!!!

Cam and I flew home this past weekend to see my folks and granddaddy and my friend, Tami, and her family were in town as well. They had never met Cameron so it was really fun to see them and watch our girls play. Carter was a 4th of July baby so she just turned 1.


Cam has a new car seat. A 'big girl' car seat! You should see me carry this thing through the airport! We bought a bag for it but it's still just so massive. Haha! I'm kicking myself for not taking a photo. I looked rather ridiculous but u gotta do what ya gotta do.

Meet Carter Brooke Keating. Is she not adorable?!? And beautiful!?!? We went to Field House for lunch and the babes loved it!!

She napped pretty well while at Grammy and Pop's. That crib is her friend, Maxine's, and so beautiful! It's an antique and worked great! My sis actually used this with Ian for a while

Cameron is 10 months old!!!

And the happiest baby ever!!!! 4 teeth, eating EVERYTHING, pulling up on EVERYTHING, and into EVERYTHING!! But it's so fun and we are loving EVERY.SINGLE.MINUTE. She's the best thing that ever happened to us, that's for sure. Completion at it's finest. We love you Cam!!!

Our weekend

My sister and her family came to stay with us this past weekend and we had a blast! It's a bit of a joke/long story but my brother in law's name for Cam isn't uncle Justin its 'Ogre'. And Cam loves her ogre. ;) My Sis is 'Melly' which I think is so cute. By niece and nephew think Cam is pretty cool. They love to play with her and bring her toys. It's really cute. The Hales and their 2 boys joined us Saturday night as well for Mike and Brian's famous 'Q' but I didn't take many pics. Super fun night though. We love having the Hales so close to us. About 2 minutes close. It's awesome! I sure wish my Sis lived closer. :( I cherish every single minute with her, that Ogre of her's, and those precious children. I can't talk or speak too much about this without becoming a blubbering idiot but they are moving to Lubbock this winter as my sis got a CRNA position with Texas Tech. I know this is an opportunity of a lifetime for my sister and TexasTech will be a better institution with her in it, but man I'm gonna miss her! :(
