Oh heavenly days, I'm soooo behind! We have had the busiest last couple of weeks so I have written three posts in one day! I don't want to forget anything.
Last weekend, my family rented a couple units at innsbrook village and country club and it was fantastic! We plan to stay at these same two units in a few weeks with Brian's family. Such sweet sweet memories!!!
Sis, J, and Team Peltoma planned a trip to Vegas last February and I'm pretty sure that was the longest wait, EVER, but weeeeell worth it!!! We had a great time! The first night was just us and Team Peltoma. We took them to STACK at Mirage and it's always solid!!! Brian got the Tomahawk steak again and it was incredible!!
On Saturday morning, Team Jones flew to LBB from VA, dropped the kids off with mom, then flew onto sin city to meet us. And, ... While at the airport, they met up with The Higley's.
Who were coming to surprise us. And totally did!!! Ash, you little stinker!!
This is them riding in the taxi together from the airport to the Wynn to meet up with us. I about died when I saw she and Ryan in the lobby. So so fun!!!!!! We had asked them to join us months ago and they never really committed so we didn't think they would be joining us.
SURPRISE!!!'
Steven was amazing!!! 68 ain't nothin'!!!!
Dinner at Sushi Samba after the show. The chef made us a custom 8 course meal that was off the hook!!!

Steve does some crazy things late-night. ??? I mean.... How odd is this?!?!?
The largest chicken strip platter I've ever seen!!!
Incredible Italian food at The Wynn
Cheers to one of the best Fourth of July's ever!!!!!
I cannot even begin to describe how welcoming the Plainivew Chamber of Commerce was at our ribbon cutting a few weeks ago. Such a humbling feeling, that's for sure. Brian's staff worked their tail off for this and it was a huge success!!!! Im kicking myself for not taking photos once everyone got there but I bet we had 50 come and show their support. Such a great night!!!

Senee's hygiene room. So cute!!
Our hygienist and Office Manager for Plainview, Senee Foster. She keeps things together and we're so fortunate to have her!!
Left to right: Roxann Villalobos, Lili Alvarado, Senee Foster, and Willie Shoemate. Brian is currently taking everyone to Plainview on the days he works there and it's working out great but he will eventually hire a full time staff then a full time dentist. We are thankful to provide dentistry to a place I'll forever call home. There's definitely a need and we are thankful for the opportunity.
Born and raised in Plainview, TX, I graduated from PHS in 1997 & carried on a family TX Tech University tradition from 97-01. I got a bachelors degree in Marketing & moved to Dallas in June of '01 to work for my very first job with Staff Care, Inc. Who would have thought 2 West Texans, who knew a lot of the same people, would meet on Match.com and actually work out? Not me! Brian & I met on 9/19/08 & married at The Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas on 5/15/10 with 94 of our closest family & friends. We recently moved from Dallas to Lubbock be closer to family and allow Brian an opportunity to fulfill his lifelong dream of practicing dentistry out in W. Texas. He bought Dr. Ronald Phillips practice & we could not be more thankful for this opportunity. Our greatest joys are our babies: Cameron Elizabeth, age 3, Tess Leanne, 9 months, and Nixie, our first baby, a toy Schnauzer, who is 5. Life & God are good and we are blessed beyond measure. I have created this blog to capture moments with family & friends as tomorrow is never promised.
