No words...

This past weekend was probably one of the most special weekends of my life. I have no words, really, for how amazing it all was but I will sure try to re-live it as best I can.
There are no words for what a blessing this little girl is to our lives....

There are no words to describe how thankful we are to this man for baptizing Cameron on Mother's Day and making it as special as he did. Brian grew up in this church but it wasn't until Kurt Borden started that the baptisms were this special. It was the sweetest service ever and when he was done he walked her up and down the main aisle showing her off. Now, I am not a real mushy gushy person but this service brought out the most mushy gushiness in me I've ever seen!!!

They had her picture up on the projector and on front of the church bulletin.

She did so good up there!!!

The lady behind the microphone, Debra Beauchamp, sang a song to Cameron called Cradle Song and oh my... There really are no words for how hard I was crying. Such a sweet sweet song. She printed off the words for me on a pink piece of cardstock paper for her baby book.

We were praying and I was having to hold my snot in from crying so hard during that song! Lovely, Lin!

There are no words for how thankful I was to my family for being there and supporting Cameron on her special day. You can't see them but my mom bought Cam a set of pearls for her baptism. She wore them like a champ and never even tried to pull them off. She is so my daughter and she scares me even more because I didn't start wearing pearls until I was 8! Haha! We are going to have our hands full!!!

My sweet little niece and sister surprised me!!!! We pulled up to the church and they jumped out of my parents' car yelling SURPRISE!!!!!! I lost it!!! Cried like a baby. So fun, Mel. Thank you!!!

Gymnast in the making!!

There are no words to describe how much I love my sister! As much as I would love a little boy next, another girl would be wonderful too because there is just nothing better than having a sister. Nothing at all. She brought Cameron the sweetest blanket that has the below bible verse embroidered on it:
'I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.' Jeremiah 1:5. She also gave her a music box pillow that hangs on her closet door and reads: Jesus loves me. Thank you, Melly. I have no words....

There are no words for how hard my mother-in-law worked to serve us the incredible meal she did after church. Beef tenderloin that Trent grilled out for us, potato casserole, green bean bundles, mom-in-law slaw, tomato-caprese salad, rolls, and 2 homemade pies made by none other than the, Infamous-Give-Betty-Crocker-A-Run-For-Her-Money, Amy Cook. And, my mom brought wine. Not sure our afternoon could have gotten any better than that!! A delicious end to our special Mother's day.

Mamy and Cam getting ready in the morning. ;). I love this!!

Cam's favorite spot in the house... In the middle of all the action! Once again... My daughter! Ha!

I don't have a picture of Slick, but I have no words for how much he helped out when Cam would get fussy. He took her on several drives and we were all extremely thankful! Those 2 melt my heart.... He loves that little girl so much.

Thanks Uncle Trent and Aunt KB for coming. It meant the world to B, Cam, and I! Love you both lots!!! Her little peach bubble Gap dress is the cutest thing ever! She will get many a wear out of that! We will see you guys tomorrow for the Dave Matthews Band concert this weekend. Looking forward to it!!!

Happy Mothers Day to all you hard working moms out there. Our children need us more than anything!
Cheers,
Lindley
