Mamy and Slick went to get Cam from school and bring her up to meet Tess for the first time. I have no words for how sweet that moment was..
And another wonderful surprise was Debra walked into my room at about 7 PM and shocked the heck out of me!! She was NOT supposed to be in town!! You little stinker, Deb Deb!!! Speaking of Deb Deb: she's moving to lubbock!!!!!!! We are so excited!!!!
We have the best friends and family ever. Hands down. Several have dropped things off on our doorstep, sent meals, called, mailed packages, sent notes, given Cam big sister presents, and my mom stayed a week to help out for which we are beyond grateful.

Taking older children to meet a sibling for the first time is priceless. There are expressions of joy and sadness at the same time as they realize that there is someone new in the home and that they will no longer be the youngest in the family. Once they see the new baby, you can tell that there is a love like none other.
