Tess is 6 months and Cameron's weekend with Mamy and Slick

This cute muffin is 6 months old!! She weighed 18 lbs 12 oz at her appt last Tuesday and is 27 inches long. She's in the 94th percentile for height and 91st for weight. The doc said she looks perfect. Her head is a smidge flat on the back from sleeping on her back so we are working at sleeping on her tummy but overall she's perfect. And that makes me happy.

Mom was with me at her 6 month appt.




She wakes up around 7-730, has her first bottle (6 oz) then has rice cereal around 8:30. She then has a 5 oz bottle every 3 hours during the day with a veggie at lunch time. She takes two, maybe three, naps a day, has more cereal at dinner, gets a bath every night and goes down anywhere between 730 and 8. She's such a happy baby and smiles with her whole face! I know of another sweet girl who used to smile with her whole face too. Cameron Elizabeth. Look at the similarities below. They are a lot alike, yet so different in so many ways, and I love that.

Amy and Fred kept Cameron this past weekend (just because and I love that we are close enough for that to be doable and that they want her. Makes my heart smile) and let's just say Cam hasn't stopped talking about her slumber party with Mamy :) It was homecoming In Friona so they went to the pep rally and game and Cam was in Heaven!!
