Field trips, birthday parties, supper club, and amazing weather!!

Trinity's annual field trip to the Science Spectrum, a day my child will talk about for an entire 365 days until it's time to go the next year. HUGE thanks to the parents who go and shuttle/manage/corral/herd kids for 4 solid hours. You have no idea how much this trip means to them.





Cam adores this butterfly exhibit. I can totally handle a couple pet butterflies. Better than some gerbils or a pet snake.









Ellis's 4th birthday party was Saturday afternoon at Ready Set Go. Thanks Lou and Joey for wearing my kids out. Great party and happy birthday sweet girl. Team Herring loves you!!

Quick trip to Mamy and Slick's!!

We loaded the girls up and went to visit Mamy and Slick last Saturday morning. We ate, laughed, and played a lot!! The girls are never ready to leave their grandparents house. Ever! Luckily we have both sets close and can go anytime. Thanks for the amazing hospitality Mamy and Slick!! ❤️❤️

TOT Time!!!

I can hardly believe I'm typing this but Cam has her LAST TOT performance next month!!!! :(. We had a little skill tournament last Saturday that was so cute. She was sick for this last year so this was our first year but a parent goes on the court and counts their reps on the different skills. It was precious.

This one made me wish I was 24 again. She was running all over the place, up and down the bleachers, walking up to strangers asking for a snack, going through their purses.... I swear, the 18 seconds I took to video Cam she was onto something else. She is definitely Tess the Mess but such a cute mess. She had a big time and acted really nice, just no stranger danger whatsoever. Oh well... Guess it could be worse.

My baby is TWO!!!!!

This ray of sunshine turned two last week and I'm still in denial. The fact that I'll never host another two year olds birthday party is beyond hard to believe. Tess, you are such a happy little girl with a dash of sass. However, in just this last week, that dash has become a tablespoon. You are definitely two and starting to come into your own but I wouldn't trade that sass or personality for all the tea in China. You complete our family and I'm thankful everyday I have two beautiful daughters. Happy birthday baby girl. We love you!!









The second you turned two you started doing two year old things. Like climbing on the monkey bars at the park. I swear, it was just yesterday Brian and I found out you were a girl at the doctor!!

Pediatrician said she's perfect. Weighs 28.8 lbs and is 35" tall. 76th% for weight and 85th% for height.












































26 of our family and friends helped celebrate Tess and it was perfection. The kids and adults had a great time!









Just when we thought all guests had arrived, the doorbell rang.
